My husband and I experienced this at several parks this summer. We had purchased the lifetime senior pass, but when we drove into the parks, there was no one to show our passes to.

I wasn’t able to get my NP pass where planned to visit this summer and was going to instead get it at the Yosemite gate, but nobody was there to collect it - or verify I had purchased a $2, 3-day pass. The NP pass would have been $80.
