Is it not best practice to have them broken and impeding the lane?? I mean, they’re NEAR armadillos… until the next time they plow

Friend, I'm saying in their design, there should be the visibility of delineation with the protection of armadillos in order to prevent said picture.

For sure! Now we just need NDOT to actually do the right thing (see also bike lanes half in the gutter—not best practice! And yet very, very common here)
