The only problem with the bakery only being open two days is that one must eat an extraordinary amount of baked goods over a short time to consume them fresh... yesterday we ate the pastries. Today is bagels and sourdough.

My kiddo is a barista at a coffee shop. She brings home pastries at the end of the day. Pure Torture for a diabetic.
