Leg itched. Put on pajamas and looked at the itchy spot in mirror and there's a big huge bite and welt. I didn't feel a bite of any kind 🤷 So, it will either be better by morning or I'll be dead.
After getting up at 5 this morning and driving 2.5 hours to work, and spending the morning doing multiple items on my list, I sat down and promptly fell asleep for 10 mins. My client's husband with dementia threw a rip roaring fit and slammed stuff around. Client was asleep, too. Sigh. 😕
It's so nice having a freezer for a few days. I can have Oatly ice cream 😊

I have a love hate relationship with it.
I did have a tetanus in 2019 through Fema when we had a flood...but again, I dont have any paperwork for it. And I have no GP... 🤷 I moved states a few years back and haven't used one.
All this talk of vaccines...I'm taking a medical class starting next month and they need my immunization record. Other than Covid vaccines, I haven't had a vaccination in over 47 years. Where the hell do I find a copy of my vaccination records?

And, instead of napping, we are partaking in another iconic Maine thing...the ice cream stand. These are seasonal - open June to October and most have this screened in building to eat in cause bugs are a thing up here. Mine was a hot fudge with Mississippi Mud ice cream and nuts.

Yeah, I've spit my tea across the room more than once.
To sleep and I feel this searing pain on my thigh. Several moms rush over, hold me down, strip off my pants thinking it was a snake and out flies a scorpion. Much screaming ensues. I dont remember much else besides they put baking soda on the sting, told me to shake it off. It was the 70's afterall.
Mother daughter overnight so we were staying inside a building. But we went out to the big fireplace in the parade grounds to have our campfire, sing songs, eat smores before bed. Then we all traipsed to the observation platform to look at stars. We get back to our room, everyone is prepping ...1/2

Inaturalist says it is a white marked tussock moth caterpillar commonly found on blueberry bushes... blueberry harvest just ended up here so it stands to reason.
