Yeah that's me right now as well. Unfortunately, health problems have caught up with me now as well so I can't really work anyway.

Not sure what it is to be honest but it's some sort of nerve condition. Initially it was thought to be sciatica but after a few physio sessions they don't think it's related to my back at all. Got a hospital appt. next month. Hopefully that will give me more of an idea what's going on.

Oh, I remember you saying you had sciatica. So it isn’t that after all. I hope you can get a diagnosis. Being Schrödinger’s patient is horrible. I was in limbo for over ten years, so I know what that’s like. Hopefully you’ll get it sorted sooner, rather than later 🤞🤞

Yeah that's a crazy amount of time to wait not knowing what's wrong with you. I've had a year of it and you know how slow the NHS is at dealing with stuff that's considered "non urgent". Fortunately, it's not chronic anymore but I'm still dealing with nerve pain on a daily basis.

I got lucky. I moved and my new doctor sorted it out. My previous doctors had either shrugged it off or tried to tell me I was depressed and wrote a prescription for Valium, which wouldn’t have helped at all (I binned the script). And all with a potentially life threatening condition (if untreated).
