He's a coach not a magician. They've let him down, it's as simple as that.

Bielsa was both, he coached a bunch of mid-table journeymen to 9th place in the EPL. If Farke can’t coach the current team to mid-table then he’ll have let us down. Bielsa never made excuses.

Bielsa is a one off, we all know that, comparing anyone to him, let alone Farke is futile. If you think this side is capable of getting mid then I'm afraid your expectations are totally unrealistic. Farke has his limitation but it will be on the club if we go down.

I think Farke's limitations are one of the reasons I was hoping for a lot more from the transfer team. You need either need elite players or an elite manager to compete in the premier league, Farke has none of those,Bielsa did. Only hope now is that there are 3 sides who have a worse season than us.

But as for blaming Farke: he clearly hasn't been given the tools he said he needed, and was promised, and at the end of the day he didnt hire himself originally or take the decision to stick with him in the summer. That's 100% on the ownership.

Also I think we ran out of money before they finished the rebuild, if so how has that happened? It's been an absolute shit show quite honestly.

Farke has been given 11 new players to work with to add to the core of the team he already had. None of the best players (except for Ramazani whom he didn’t want and Solomon who’s gone back to Spurs) have left, so he’s got 2 dozen decent players to work with, so it’s up to him now to get results.
