This bunker is an odd and interesting set that I don’t feel they did an adequate job demonstrating. I would have gone for 2 to try out combinations, but they are all gone. Beach house mode is because why does this Cobra Closet include 2 ladders?

Trench Viper and what will be a standard affordable young family home by 2030. Trench Viper in front of a corner wall made from unfolding the bunker walls. Sandbags are piled up to become his ravioli fortress. Simple bunker build with the 3 walls in an L formation with the roof used as an additional floor piece You can see how interiors with this building system are possible. There are male to male and female to female. Connectors for the pegs/sockets and hinges. Thought was put into this build system! It would be nice if they kept making new similar sets that were a bit different where you get a cool troop guy and some more walls and new accessories to mess around with. It seems fun! I just don’t have enough for it to be ULTRA FUN. There is the Joe set to preorder but I think Cobra is better for this. Cobra Beach Bungalo. The small bunker is elevated by ladders and sandbags are an additional measure against high tide, with Ken Masters prepared to Dragon Punch the living shit out of any moisture that dares trespass further. He’s a G.I.Joe! Mattel didn’t like that! Remember!!!!???? (I tell this to everyone, including your family)

Worn-Out Frosty @frostycollects.bsky.social

The inclusion of two ladders was probably meant for those who end up creating a trench in their battlefield diorama. To climb up to the ground-level station or out onto the battlefield. Or to stand on the middle rung while shooting from behind the ground-level sandbags. 🤔 (I preordered 6...)

I'd need to buy like 6 of them and make a giant ass thing, which is kind of why I'm glad I backed off classified.

I saw a guy online (Elijah Ellis) make a pretty massive thing out of just two. I don’t know how stable it is, but looks neat.

GI Joe classified base made from two of the defense post sets is two stories and three plates wide. GI Joe classified base made from two of the defense post sets is two stories and three plates wide. GI Joe classified base made from two of the defense post sets is two stories and three plates wide.

I like that a lot and I think it’s probably pretty solid. They really have an interesting system of connectors I would like to explore. Guess I’ll do another Joe set. It had missiles that can go on the VAMP.

Next crossover: GI Baywatch, where knowing is half the battle, and the other half of the battle is looking good in your tiny swimsuit.

Yeah, I wish they’d included legs so you could use it for a watchtower. Maybe with future set, or some enterprising 3rd party (cough @nonnef.com cough) will grace us.

I really hate when Hasbro drops an exclusive like this in one deco, it sells out, but they halt production to repaint it, and then mass produce it in the new deco…like 🤷‍♂️
