In The Goonies II for NES you make Mikey rescue his friends and a mermaid! What you should be doing is helping Chunk’s parents bribe him with a puppy because there is NO WAY that we are adopting a fully grown, superhuman, meth-mouthed Jason Vorhees that you found in a crime shack dungeon.

For the longest time I thought it was Goonies two as like a sequel to the movie not realizing till last year that we just never got the first game here.
I did too, but I suppose it’s still a licensed story that takes place after the first film so weren’t extremely wrong.
I picked up both when I was in Japan last.
