Street Fighter and Roddy Piper being part of the G.I.Joe brand are pretty strange. Even stranger may be Dreamworks Sinbad, and as part of the 70s throwback Adventure Team, no less.

12” Sinbad action figures. They probably fit in with Adventure Team because they are tussling with critters small enough to fit in the box, like a 70s G.I.Joe was wont to do once the Vietnam War had gone on long enough to sour the public on military toys. So instead, Joe grew some fuzzy beards and went on Adventures with his BROS.

We definitely have some of that kicking around the house from our “regularly hitting one of the three TRU’s in the metro” runs of the day.

I hadn’t hear of them either. I wonder if they were mainly for the international markets where Action Man and Max Steel were bigger than they are here.
