I just read that Sasquatches are 4-6 Dimensional beings and that’s actually why you don’t see them often with cameras being around now. The goalposts have been moved past the fun zone on a lot of this stuff. If you’re asking me to be fully crazy then I don’t want to play along anymore.
This actually a pretty olde squatch take, downstream from one of Keel's ideas about all these things being(cryptids, ghosts, aliens) *the same kind of thing* that he calls "ultra-terrestrials" Mt Shasta squatches being "guardian constructs" for the alien base in the mountain is another one you see
I remember that as a theory like 30 years ago.
There was one theory that Bigfoot sightings coincided with UFO sightings so the Bionic Man took that idea and made it a part of the show.
It's not a 'theory' in the sense that researchers like Stan Gordon have documented cases in which UFO witnesses do report Bigfoot like entities. a.co/d/9VZWCto What that means is of course open to interpretation.

Years back I had this idea for a story where sasquatch was a sort of interdimensional traveler, popping in and out of our reality at will. I was all pleased with this and starting to work on it and then found out it had been seriously proposed it as a bigfoot theory in the early 70s. 🫤

Oh man there was one show watched that basically said Bigfoot... Bigfeet? Where a la Predators. They where an advanced alien race stuck on earth that "somehow" managed to bend and manipulate light, to go invisible... It was like a fever dream.
