IIRC one of the charges was human trafficking, which is ominous. Usually, the feds don't indict people they can't convict. Here they are relying on jailhouse informants who have bad criminal records and won't be credible to a jury. The government is acting in bad faith.
As I recall from previous testimony, in the trafficking case, it was very vague as to whether he’d actually been transporting minors (given that he was reportedly accompanied by his own child(ren) & documents re: identity of passengers was sketchy. I think there’s one CI & even he’s suspect. 🤷
