I was glad for your conversation with Alisson Gill today, but I wish you didn't yell so much. So much important news, but I have to pause your show several times and receive it in smaller doses. John Heilemann, Ali Velshi, Michael Steele, and Steve Schmidt have similar speaking styles.
What is that? I’ve noticed it especially with Ali Velshi. I like him very much, but I can’t watch/listen. I’m blaming the tech before I blame him. (Or it’s my old age…I keep having to remind myself of that.)
That's a good point (and I agree about Ali. I do like him.) It could very well be that as I've gotten older, my ears are more sensitive to volume. I think Wajat had his mic level a lot higher than Allison's today, also. It's the preacher-cadence also that makes my chest tighten.
