Every gun sale should automatically be run through the police department and FBI to be certain the buyer does not have a history of domestic abuse, mental illness, felonies, or a history of violence. The guns should have tracking devices on them.

However, there are no consequences for Trump breaking the law, so he is likely to continue doing so.
