I met the chef because our kids were in preschool together and he seems like a really good dude. It's on our short list of places we need to go but haven't hit yet.

Dude with the big beard and gauges in his ears? He's always come off as cool as hell. (We've become regulars but still learning some of the names of the staff)

Yup. I'm terrible at names, but that's the guy. He also had by far the coolest kid in the class
