And it created a high court that has said it can't *ever* be prosecuted for breaking that law. And that it can continue breaking the law while the court cases against it for breaking that law are resolved.

I respectfully disagree. What I see with Orange Krasnov & the Satanic dirtbag RepubliKKKans is that "we the people" elected 45 presidents who were men of integrity. Men who followed the Constitution. Men who had human hearts. We were all just gliding along on their goodness. That's all gone now.
That's kinda what I meant. That we had checks in the fact there were laws and the executive actually followed the constitution and believed it had to follow laws unless it could legally get them overturned.
