I used to read the Herald every day back in the 90’s and early 00’s … MacWhirter came across as decent and knowledgeable in his articles. Since then the paper ( now owned by Newsquest) has gone down the unionist conspiracy rabbit hole and taken IMcW with them. I’ve seen some of his SocMedia and wow!
Plenty of an ironic lack of objectivity in his mini-rant, as he connects a government and military force creating famine to a faith practised across the globe. We rightly call out the Israeli government and IDF. He defaults, in a gutless apologist way, to 'You are attacking an entire religion'.
