I have low blood pressure and a hyperactive immune system so I guess I’m personally glad that you can’t find the low pressure link! I never got Covid despite working in a high risk environment pre-vaccine.
This makes me think that it was a theory that has since changed, as more data has been acquired.
Thank you for doing further research and admitting you might be wrong in this case. However, the concept that a normally maladaptive trait can become more common in certain populations due to other pressure and then be propagated in descendants has been shown to have occurred.

Thanks for providing some source material. The Catholic Church did a lot to spread the disease by having Europeans kill cats because they were 'demonic' and associated with witches. They complied and the rat population exploded leading to millions more deaths.
More people have died in the name of the Abrahamic religions than for any other reason in modern human history.
