Good question. I went to look it up, I probably read that about 10 years ago, and I can't find it now. There are quite a few stories linking the Black Death with current health conditions.

They managed to hack into my Walmart account, (which was tied to my Paypal account) ordered something, refunded it, then put the balance on a gift card made out to them. They also got into my Etsy account and made some generic purchases from overseas vendors.
I got spam bombed once. It's a technique that will disguise real transactions on your accounts, hidden among all the free subscriptions and newsletter signups. I recommend changing all of your passwords immediately, and unhook any bank accounts from online payment portals.

ICE has always had a problem with mental illness, but since they've been trying to hire more people, they're slacking off on the psychological testing that kept some people from being employed by ICE.
