I am aware. None the less, they do have a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders and they are deficient in carrying that out.

And the members of the Cabinet took an oath to uphold the Constitution and protect against all enemies foreign and domestic. How's that working out? Their loyalties are similar to the Tesla board's. Beholden to who put them there and little else.
I agree.
Also, the brokerage firms and advisors that are large holders of Tesla stock and debt who keep recommending the stock as sales continue declining are also not living up to their fiduciary duty.
Totally, and it'll continue 🤙🏽
So why aren’t more shareholders selling Tesla stock? Get it out of your 401Ks, mutual funds, etc. People need to be pressuring their financial advisors. No Tesla.
It's a great question given how much the board themselves have liquidated this year, lol.
Most financial advisors aren't looking at the brand as being incredibly tarnished as reason for sales drop. They will say things like, the models need refreshing & robotaxis are the future. They want/need Tesla to continue the growth but I think that is a fantasy. I am not an expert, just my feeling
I used to be a big Musk fan. I thought he was a visionary. I sold my Tesla stock the day he posted on twitter (now X), that Liberals hate everything especially themselves. I thought that was terrible from a business perspective and also a bit unbalanced.
I’ve supported the EV concept and feel sorry for people that bought Tesla cars before we realized that Elon is lacking as a human being. Some regret the purchase but can’t afford to change cars.
I was excited that during the Biden administration there were plans to install super fast chargers all over the country making it viable for people like me who drive alot to go EV. That went away. So for now I'm still driving a 45 mpg hybrid.
