Does it matter? Trump desperately wants a Nobel Peace Prize but renaming the Department of Defense the War Department isn't gonna get him one, regardless of the origins of the prize.

I understand your point about knowledge, but most philanthopic awards come from the wealthy w/questionable morality & questionalbe methods of attaining wealth. And as far as Trump goes, the sketchier the origins, the more he's gonna want it.
