Kinda serious question. We've all seen the videos of masked ICE goons stealing people off the street while all we can do is record. But if they're basically bounty hunter vigilantes, then can everyone just kick their ass in self-defense? Their only authority is their threat of violence.
I believe they have probably been deputized by ICE or some other agency to create a thin veneer of legal authority.
Second Amendment their asses.
We could citizens arrest them for kidnapping.

i think we all know there are two answers, and one is right and one is about self-preservation, but the self-preservation option is only about self-preservation in the short term, so really we should be responding to fascism with vioIence at every opportunity
at this point, usa would benefit from themed masked superhero vigilantes that say stuff like "it's time to fight ICE... with ice! 🧊🦸♂️🧊"
