Where did I say armed uprising? There's a shitload of examples of nonpeaceful unarmed protests in just the past decade -- Hong Kong, Jakarta right now, Euromaidan iirc, 2020 BLM protests

we are talking about an occupying militarized police force. I think Hong Kong might be the closest approximation. it's definitely where we should be looking for tactics. bike scout comm networks, hit and run protests, advice on how to neutralize or redirect nonlethal munitions, etc.
