to my knowledge, only one application has been shown - on which James indicated that she would *not* be occupying the property

The James doc says she intended to make it her primary residence (see below). The doc is floating around the web - I saw it but didn't see it on a quick search. www.housingwire.com/articles/doj...

The FHFA said her mortgage app claimed it as a primary residence, so I'm looking for that doc.

The thing to note, if you look up the VA property, is that several other people are listed on title. One thing that can happen on primary residence mortgages is a non-occupant coborrower - somebody who is helping the main person, who will be living in the home, to qualify

What you'd expect in that situation is that a lot of the documents would reflect that the loan/property are *a* primary residence, but it doesn't follow that the NOCB is claiming it as *their* primary residence

Looks like I was wrong. I did find the mortgage docs, and you're right. Appreciate the correction.

Once I saw the docs and confirmed a co-borrower doesn't have to make it primary, it's pretty black and white. I sure don't like being wrong - or, more to the point, falling for bullshit - but I'd rather be wrong and be corrected than go through life believing bullshit!

That’s an allegation not evidence. It doesn’t show in any way that the investigation “isn’t ginned up.”

Wow. “I have very strong opinions about documents that I obviously did not read” is one helluva take.

Don't miss the guy who claimed I was ignoring evidence, but when pressed couldn't offer any (he also claimed that I was the one blindly believing whatever a politician said, as he insisted that allegations about Trump opponents are necessarily true)

This was great as well - "this thing was just reported and I've already forgotten the details"

Well, that’s a prime example of “never ask a question that you don’t already know the answer to” with regard to Pulte. Of course a reasonable person would assume he’s lying. There’s honestly no other correct answer.
