mortgage fraud - the left doesn't care about the law because of allegations made without evidence where no charges have been filed CA- you are uninformed about what the law is. but changing a law necessarily shows care about the law pdx - again, you're ignorant and don't understand law

CBS has the documents of mortgage fraud…. youtu.be/ccoYfBIN7O8?...

yeah, they have the mortgage agreement. As with the allegations, there's no discussion of whether there is a rider. more importantly, though, there's no examination of the application - the document that *she* is responsible for the information on

PDX I understand so well because Portland has now finally come to grips and reversed the idiotic laws they changed. Again, got to see it up close and personal way too many times on business trips. Absolute shit hold it became. www.opb.org/article/2024...

setting aside that the failure to prove causation here(and typical dumbshit overreaction), your claim was that this showed that dems don't care about the law

Dems don’t care about law…only when it benefits them. If illegal aliens benefited the GOP, Dems would be building a wall faster than you can imagine. They used lawfare to the hilt last few years, now they are complaining when used against them. FAFO

and thank you for openly admitting that the thing you pretend to care about is simply a partisan position and not any sort of principled belief. Fantastic work

chicosbailbond.bsky.social @chicosbailbond.bsky.social

Oh it’s an absolute principled belief. Period. I mentioned California because I lived there for decades and watched it be ruined. Literally ruined. I didn’t mention blue or red states, you did. I mentioned those areas I know well like Portland, California, where I lived.

it's not principled at all. all of your arguments are entirely about your partisan views and your lapping up of right wing propaganda

I was a Democrat for a big chunk of my life…the insanity of the left and their governance brought me to this reality.

I understand you assert that. But you also push some ridiculous claims about what Dems believe and Dem governance, so the issue might just be you

Well I simply have to see them on video and read what they are saying. The GOP does plenty of terrible policies, too…I just see little comparison between the two. Are you really going to tell me Portland was better off with their insane drug laws that have now been reversed…really?

I am not uninformed about what they did in California, I had to live it…more importantly my wife had to live it for years as an employee in LA county for a large retailer. She was smack in the middle of that idiotic nonsense.

your claim that stealing something worth less than $900 wasn't illegal is blatantly false. so if you do know what happened you're an admitted liar. do you think that red states with an even higher felony cutoff also don't care about the law, or does it only count when dems do it?

aug 28, 2025, 4:28 pm • 1 0 • view
avatar
chicosbailbond.bsky.social @chicosbailbond.bsky.social

In practical terms, it matters. It was misdemeanor now and the police couldn’t be bothered. So it effectively diluted the law entirely. My wife would have people come into the store, with their smart phones tabulating the amounts. Then stealing $850worth….comeback an hour later and do it again.

thanks for admitting that you lied about the issue still, you didn't answer my question about red states. which is to say you absolutely answered my question you don't care about law, you care about being a partisan hack

I moved from California to a red state, we don’t put up with any of that crap. If there are other red states with higher cutoff, I am absolutely against it. Would love to know what those red states are.

iirc, only three states have a threshold ≤ CA's old one and ~12 have one ≤ the new one

chicosbailbond.bsky.social @chicosbailbond.bsky.social

It appears 12 have a lower threshold, of which I have lived in three of those states. We didn’t mess around.

Thanks. Florida is $750. They are doing it smarter. Indiana where I lived, is $750…same for Missouri. Virginia has it as $200, a “blue state”

Corey Bowers @cbowers.bsky.social

Right, do this isn’t a simple red/ blue thing and the absolute evil you attribute to CA dems is still far stricter than most of the country. It is, in fact, better based on your metric than most red states

I didn’t lie, I stated the factual reality of what happened. Just as I stated the factual reality of what happened in Portland…insane laws and policies by an unhinged leftist ideology.

you said they had to steal over $900 for it to be law breaking. not that police failed to enforce the law, that it actually wasn't law breaking (I also find it funny when people claim the cops not doing their job is Dems fault)

aug 28, 2025, 4:40 pm • 2 0 • view
avatar
chicosbailbond.bsky.social @chicosbailbond.bsky.social

And that is the reality, when you decriminalize things and Calif moved it up to $950 they effectively made it legal to do it. Technically no, pragmatically yes. That’s the point.

aug 28, 2025, 4:56 pm • 0 0 • view
avatar
Corey Bowers @cbowers.bsky.social

Again, they didn’t decriminalize it. Even now you insist on lying about it, bd wise you’re an unprincipled partisan hack

chicosbailbond.bsky.social @chicosbailbond.bsky.social

What’s your definition of decriminalize? If the action resulting is no penalty for the crime because it won’t be enforced, the net effect is decriminalizing. Not only not prosecuting, LEOs aren’t even bothering to investigate or enforce.

Corey Bowers @cbowers.bsky.social

This definition says that what you are calling decriminalization isn’t And you claimed Dems did it, cops refusing to do their jobs isn’t a Dem policy choice
