The too busy to care is by design. The right has dumbed down education so people don't know their rights. Taken over media so they only hear and see propaganda. And held down wages, but not costs, so everybody needs multiple jobs to pay bills. It all works together.
Everyday I wake up thinking today is the day! People will wake up and realize what is happening to their country 🇺🇸 They will become scared angry furious that we have lost our rights and freedoms. The constitution bill of rights are meaningless. 😔 waiting
There will not be a single day, a single event. Each new atrocity reaches a certain number of people and a portion of them wake up. But it's like steering the Titanic with an oar. And just like the movie, some won't wake up until they just before they drown.

Fortunately, it’s not about drowning. It’s hard to feel validated when we can’t see the effects of our efforts or when others don’t see the things that we do. I’ve had several come around, but it took great personal pain for them. Had to bite my tongue not to say “I told you so”. Just not the time.
