Right. Do you realize how often these predictable excuses have become tropes?
I find it odd that people on SM think they know what type of equipment the CAF should buy or how they should manage individuals for tasks and their careers. So easy to criticize from the outside yet they’ve never served a day or more importantly don’t understand force employment concepts.
A journalist wrote the article on subs - in case you’re trying to incl a respected journalist who has reported on the military and defence as “SM”. Or for that matter that your opinion should never be challenged as you alone define or represent CAF. It’s getting old, Wayne.
