A stolen bike I was trying to recover was there & I can confirm MPD does not know how to exist outside of their vehicles. They completely messed up what should have been a very simple retrieval (5 police officers approached from Lake w/ no one at the Greenway side, so person rode away on Greenway)

They were able to recover my bike from that location, but I also understand that I appear to be a rare exception to the rule. I don't blame the rank and file so much as I blame the leadership of that precinct/the chief.
