Let us never forget that America is home of the free because of the brave. As we spend time with our families, please remember the brave men and women who sacrificed for our country. Let us honor them and pray for their loved ones this Memorial Day and every day of the year.

Free? Not in its current form.
Unless you are currently in chains, yes, even in its current form you are free. If you have already given up then the chains you wear are on your mind. Remove them.
I think our supplies of 'brave' may have run low, at least in our legislative and executive bodies. Fortunately, the judicial seems to be defending, so far, our ability to remain free.
Free to get shot, free to die from lack of healthcare, free to be exploited and free to exploit.
