It took me over an hour to drive ~15mi this morning. At this point I’d rather take the pay cut and go work at our Kroger that’s just down the street.

I'm 5 miles from the office, some days it takes me 40 minutes to get home.

We've had 5 years of remote work since Covid. We set records during those 5 years. Record employment engagement, record profits, record share value. But, a few groups abused the policy so now EVERY employee is being forced back to the office 5 days a week. Globally. That's over 100,000 people. There

is no business reason for it. The actual data says we performed at a much higher level with remote/hybrid work. But we'll all pay with all the commute time and extra expense of 5 days in the office. I'm 10 yrs from retirement but that's still a long time to be miserable.
