Maybe this is the way to break through the MAGA haze. Make an action movie that mirrors reality so closely that even those dunces can pick up on it, and follow it to its inevitably disastrous conclusion. The Handmaid’s Tale show is very visceral like that but way too highbrow for them.
It took those imbeciles at least three seasons to realize that The Boys was making fun of them the entire time. If a key villain in the movie isn't Trump or Musk themselves, then the target audience just won't get it.
