Many people can't afford to do this, but everyone can pee in the correct toilet for free. A law that cannot be enforced is no law at all.

I can't see a lot of places enforcing it really. They can't afford to for a start as you say. It's not a crime to pee in any toilet.

Exactly. I've used the women's facilities in Westminster Palace multiple of times since the "bathroom ban" that was announced there. No one challenged me, no one complained, no one policed it. It's both unworkable and unenforceable.

Completely unworkable. Sex matters jumped on the band wagon, they nearly wet themselves with glee when they thought trans folk would never be able to use the loos in public again. They misrepresent the facts and hopefully the legal challenge sends them packing.
