Not entirely true, but it is easier to change than a codified one, that much is true.
Tell me about it, on the 16th April the Supreme Court practically abolished the 2010 Equality Act for trans people and banned many them from from using *any* "single sex" spaces, whilst lying that they were still protected my law and there weren't winners or lovers.
I know. I watched it live. I'm trans and it's rather a big deal for me.
