It annoys me that I’m going to have to start strength training my lower body to avoid injury from running, because I don’t enjoy strength training, and I only begrudgingly do upper body strength training because swimming is low-impact

Someone told me recently when I posted a pull-up reel that they could tell I’d been strength training because of my leg muscles & I was so annoyed (not at her) because I don’t strength train my legs really at all. But I have been training my not-visibly-muscly frickin arms
