Too bad you didn't enjoy it as much as I did. It can be argued that Far Cry suffers from the Zelda cycle (Final Fantasy too but on a lower degree) in that each new entry is the worst one until the next one comes along and so the previous one is now quite well-received.

I mean, it's not that I disliked my time with it, still gave it a decent score. But yeah, the cycle thing might apply here.
