White is hard because of the nature of fountain pen ink. A dip pen and white artist ink would probably be what I'd choose?

Dip pens are hard to travel with, which I’m on the go a lot and crack out sketchbooks randomly between patient calls. Not the most efficient way to travel and draw on the fly!
