Thank you. This is one of those things I've heard all my life and I thought I had confirmed. Now I see that a treaty was signed in 1961 and in effect since 1964. Oh well, change of destinations. Cuba, Dominica, Saint Kitts and Nevis are extradition free.

College Station is the home of Texas A&M University. There are 12,000 freshmen there this year. Freshmen are older than Maxwell's choice age, but I wouldn't want her in my neighborhood.
