I think this is mostly accurate. But I also think he’s getting in to that phase where aging happens quickly. And he very well might have had a minor procedure this week.

Same. There is wishcasting going on, but it's not out of nowhere. The bruising on his hands is real, the swollen ankles are real, the bizarre musings about heaven, Vance talking about being able to step up, these things are happening, at the very least the health concerns are real.
