Follow the money. Trump wants to build a reported $200M dollar disco dance ballroom at the White House. He says he’ll pay for it, but we know that’s probably a lie. I asked Google to show me all the office buildings built within the last 5 years that cost ~$200M dollars. Here’s a small sample:
Someone is using this as an excuse to fortify the White House. Historically that’s how it’s done.
You're right. That's an astounding price for a room. Is he planning on pocketing the money. Is it just another scam? How can he shut vital support programs down as an unsustainable waste of taxpayers $$, then have the $$ for a ballroom, and to refurbish a luxury plane (that he intends to keep).
