I’ve been coming to Cambridge for two years and I somehow only found the husky statue today. I love them……

A nicely sculpted statue of a husky standing up, with pointy ears, a curled tail and a collar. The plaque below is titled “The British Antarctic Survey Sledge Dog Monument” and lists goofy team names like Beatles and Orange Bastards, ending with “1,204 dogs worked in these teams from 1945 to 1993. Erected by their companions and friends 2009”
