Did you make the brine yourself? If you like how they turn out, please post the brine recipe. I always go the lazy route, and re-use the leftover brine from store-bought pickles. I have a jar of cucumber chips aging in that, as well as chips in jars or jalapeno brine, and pepperoncini brine.
