Waiting for my son’s MRI to finish (we got the insurance to move with alacrity by saying “19y/o” and “potential mass in sinus”). Almost certainly “just” a polyp, but since it’s directly next to brains and eyeballs, we need to know for sure ASAP.

Also, MRIs make very different noises than when I got one almost 30 years ago. Now I’m curious how the noises correlate to the technology used. Mine was just on my feet though, so there could be a body part specific tech too?
