I've taken great care of myself. And people often think I'm considerably younger than I am. But I've been here for the entire ride. And I know it's short, and that it has more and more demands the further into it I get. But, it's been a good ride. And I'm thankful to have made it this far.
I am 59 and get the - you look younger- but for me - it is my hands - they tell how long I have been here. But still grateful - yes!!

64 now, time flies and often look back to all my friends who didn't get the chance to grow old, worked at the same company for 35 years, a lot of us were just 18-19 yo kids when we started in the mine, we started families together, babysat each others kids, it was just yesterday.
It's the changes in drives and priorities too. Some unexpected, some welcome, some not so much...
Yes, it does go quickly. There is a lot of living that happens, in the brief passing time.
