Fillmore- the sole vote against the mental health crisis diversion pilot program. Truly, what kind of a person do you have to be to vote against that? Glad it passed. Kudos to all the community people who have been pushing for years.

It's even more strange after hearing HRP and RCMP both support the project quite enthusiastically. What reason could Fillmore even give to oppose the pilot? He didn't express any concern during the debate period.
