I officially graduated from physical rehab today. It’s not nearly 100% yet but I’ve made so much progress I never thought I would hit when this first happened. 🎉

From what I piece from you and Rebecca, you might be in KC, did you do your PT in the NKC hospital by chance? That's where I did mine after my stroke (I was 34 at the time)

Ah, well I'm proud of you, I know how difficult and frustrating that is. Remember to keep doing the PT exercises at home, those resistance bands (if they had you use them) are super cheap and easy to get.
