Trying to figure out how to explain RGG studio in a headline for normal people is more work than you would think. "Like a Dragon Developers" does not sound good "RGG Studio announces" isn't clear enough "Yakuza Series Developers" isn't accurate enough

I like the second option. It's accurate, people who know their work know what you are talking about, and people who don't would only be interested in the article based on what comes after.

I would use the second one and then if needed you can add a byline about RGG being the creators of the Yakuza, Like a Dragon, and the Judgment games.
