That would immediately kill the export market for them and likely any other Ameri can defense tech

I would like to see us integrate with France as much as possible. Plus the Rafale has better range for the Arctic and 2 engines. We also need sufferen class submarines to patrol the Arctic. Hopefully there are savings if we buy both.
