If you have a library card, you may have access to various online job training courses, through LinkedIn or other sources. It might also be useful in your current job- a friend taught himself such things to do data journalism.

The most I ever learned about it was from a Dummies book, and I sat in Barnes & Noble cramming from it before being tested by a temp agency before being hired. I tested great, and got worse scores on later tests when I’d actually learned how to use it.

Of course! Who knows how long we’ll have access to all these things if federal funding cuts go through, but your local library is always a good first place to check if you need to learn something as an adult not in school.
