Legislative bans already exist at the state level, Trump is strong arming de facto federal bans, and there's an upcoming SCOTUS case on the constitutionality of such bans. Then there are Dems who are signaling they agree with them to win over imaginary single issue centrists.

That's why I'm here signaling I won't vote for any Dem who compromises with fascists when it comes to my rights.
