Also, we need to stop looking down on people who don't have solar power systems on their homes and who don't drive EVs. We must accept the fact that not everyone can afford those things. If rich tree huggers are really so adamant that people have EVs or green energy systems, they can buy it for us.
I looking down here, everyone should do what they can. That said, if you can get solar you’re almost certainly a fool not to. Being green and saving green mean the same thing here.
Why not? It’s a long term investment in your home, not unlike an addition. It pays for itself, potentially several times over. Provided your loan payment is lower than your average electric bill, you’re ahead each month.
Additionally, you can only make things so cheap when they’re expected to last 30 years and be safe.
