Hey - Image creators. You likely have received a mail from someone claiming they're at image. This very much feels like a phishing scam. Don't click the link, and spread word to collaborators.

Not just creators — I did some freelance writing for the site years ago and got a similar email this morning. (I did not click on the link.)
and switch on 2fa authentication if you havent got it
the problem is that it seems to be from a real image e-mail. they got hacked
Damn, glad I didn’t click on this. Thanks for the head’s up.🙏
Fuck! I clicked through after emailing and asking for confirmation that it was legit. I changed my password straight after though cos it felt very sus!
Yeah. I got a response back, but was generic enough to be suspicious for me, and the more folks look into it, the susser it appears.
The important thing is that I’m learning I wasn’t the only one to click the link despite being suspicious
I feel a bit stupid though - I rarely fall for phishing. I googled the sender, got a reply to my email. It felt a bit iffy, but I often receive emails like this from publishers asking to update details etc.
It's definitely a phishing scam.
I changed my password instantly!!
This one is pretty bad and automates responses; don't feel bad, it's manipulative! Changing your password is best plan of attack, as it seems built just to snatch passwords. And if you have two factor authentication it can stop any attempts.
Thank fuck for 2FA!
change it in other sites where you put the same or similar email-pass
